Binary mode

My phone is Google locked when I purchase it from somebody online so I had to wipe it clean and now it is stuck in binary factory mode so what do I do to get rid of it
 
When you say "wiped it clean" what exactly did you do? And, what's the make and model of the phone? The recovery method varies by manufacturer.
