Bing app won't download

On the marketplace it says this app is not available on your carrier. I have an Acer Iconia A500 running 3.2 stock. Why can't I download this?
 
Because Microsoft is dumb and made it so you need a carrier to install the app, where your A500 is not tied to a carrier. There is no problem with your tablet. It is the arbitrary restrictions Microsoft put on the app. Try emailing them and seeing if they will fix it.
