Help bing Keeps changing safesearch back to deafult

everytime i change safesearch in bing to off it always changes it back to moderate everytime I reopen bing on web browser anyone know why this is happening i just want it to be set to off
 
Is your browser signed into your Bing Live Microsoft account?

Also, are you in a country or region that requires Bing's "Your country or region requires a strict Bing SafeSearch setting, which filters out results that might return adult content.".
 
Things like site preferences are often retained as a web cookie so when something the Bing search site not saving the Safe Search option you set that could be tied it you set your browser app to be in incognito mode (cache, cookies, and such are deleted each use session), or with some browsers there's an option to delete cookies automatically when closing the app. Have you checked the Settings menu in whatever browser app you're using?
