Bing map push pin visible only in debug mode

I am using Bing map Android SDK . I am trying to add a push pin and able to see it only in debug mode. when I run the application in normal mode i am not able to see the push pin. has anyone faced such issue ? can you please help ?

I got this resolved .. I waited for the map to get loaded completly and then placed the pushpin and it worked well !!
