Birthday Recharge?

Has anyone here had their birthday recently? If so did you get a mysterious recharge to your boost account? I had my birthday last week and $75 got added to my account the same day. I'm fairly certain it's not a gift from someone I know but maybe it's from boost. Also I never received those referral codes so it's not from that either.
 
Boost doesn't take your information anymore other than your first name and last name. Unless you were a customer before last year, then they may have and they may do this. To my knowledge though they do not do this for newer customers.
 
I do remember giving my birthday when I started this account 4 years ago. Looks like my next 2 months have been paid for.
 
I asked someone today who would know (he's worked with them for several years) and he's never heard of that. He said what most likely happened is the wrong number was paid for at a store/gas station that uses ePay.
 
I messaged boost and was told it was a $75 credit and not a payment. However the CS rep didn't say what the credit was for. Guess I will never know how I got this credit.
 
It happened to me. I never made the birthday connection. I just assumed somebody used my referral codes (thanks, by the way, if you have)... I have been with Sprint since 1989 so i know my information is in their system. I do find it hard to believe they would do this. It is a nice gesture but a $75 gift to a customer is a big gift... If you have posted referral codes it probably was this and the fact it posted to your account on your birthday was just a coincidence. Maybe?
 
I received a referral code once and that $75 was posted last year. I didn't get a code this year though so couldn't be from that.
