BitTorrent unable to load and download

For some reason I can't download any torrents whether on BitTorrent, uTorrent or whatever. Is there a way to fix what the issue is?
I don't get why it doesn't just work properly.

Check that your carrier or ISP isn't blocking torrent tracker sites and downloads. If you find that they are been blocked, you might need to use a VPN.

Hi, I download on PC without any issues so that's not the prob here.

Yes. I use VPN on my PC and Android yet I can't DL any torrents on Android as they never finish loading data.
P.S. I only use WiFi connection.

These might be the reasons of not downloading.
a) Your firewall port is not open
b)There are no seeders
c)Your ISP is blocking P2P

You might have some antivirus software firewall that is not letting you download.

Option A seems possible. I've got KIS could it be blocking in some way?

Yes check its options, put your torrent downloader in trusted applications of KIS.
