Black and white display

Hi!

My mother called me today telling me she had changed her A3 to black and white display (she has no idea how or why) and wanted me to try and fix it. i googled on it and found similar problems on S4 and S6 but nothing on the A3.

The only thing i found and checked was if the ultra or any power saving modes was on and that was not the case.
Was hoping anyone could help me solve the issue or come up with some more suggestions on what could be wrong.

Are you able to uokoad pictures. I'm not sure I understand changed it to black and white. Maybe a setting in accessibility? That's the first thing I thought was ultra power saving mode.

It was a setting under accessibility / Vision and gray scale, she must have put it on by mistake somehow. Thanks very much for the help!
