Black Friday Deals?

I'm new to smartphones, so please be kind...

Do Verizon online or Verizon dealers typically offer any Black Friday specials, either on the hardware or the plans?

I'm wondering if Droid or Eris will be offered for less, or if plans will be offered with discounts. I'm also wondering if any additional new phones will announced for a Black Friday special.

Put simply, yes, however it's typically deals on the equipment and not on the plans. I would also expect some new stuff to show up around/on Black Friday and again just before Christmas for the "last push". As for Droid devices, I would expect some specials around that time, but that probably depends on how well they sell and such.
