some black gunk from a messy quarter from change at a Starbucks rubbed off onto my evo on the screen covered by invisishield don't know what to do lol it wont come off its just there and stuck and not likely going to move soon going to best buy later to get a new one and anyone else have any problem with gunk on there invisishields? ?

err ment to say gunk but was putting a stick of gum in my mouth so .... hence the hybrid gum/gunk

Aren't the Invisishields made from the same type of material used in paint protection films on cars? An automotive product that can be used on such films might be your best bet for removing the gunk.

PS. I have some stuff called S100 that can be sprayed on motorcycles (paint, plastic and all) as a corrosion inhibitor/quick shine - it makes an excellent degreaser/degunker too. It's probably about as expensive as a new screen protector, but if you know anybody who has some I bet it would work (sprayed on a cloth of course, not directly on the phone!).

meh best buy was closed today :( but its open tomorrow im going to get another one then or if its covered by the warranty (or however it is spelled then id be hapy as a flying flapping happy walrus on lsd :)

I have a Zagg on two Phones after a few months the stickiness from the back started collecting pocket lint, which in turn prevented it from sticking. I eventually took it off and tried to clean it. The "gunk" maybe the actual stick side of the Zagg coming off, which is what happen when I tried to clean it and re-apply it. I was left with a Zagg that no longer would stick, I just threw it away. They claim that you can remove it and re-apply it but I contend that it may only work if its still clean.

I don't know if they still have the same warranty policies but back when I bought my first one, they had a lifetime warranty on them that covered scratches, seeing as how its supposed to be scratchproof. I would call them and ask for a new one and see if they will swap it out.

I don't know if its the same today since I haven't needed to replace one in years.
