Sold Black iphone 4s 16 gb AT&T

I have a black 16gb AT&T iphone 4s, I bought it less than a month ago for my wife, she has decided to stick with her galaxy s II. Phone is in perfect condition, nothing wrong with it, never been dropped and I don't see any scratches on the front or the back.

Phone comes with everything it came with, phone, box, earphones(never been used), charger.
I am looking to get $500 or a reasonable offer. Not really looking for trades - Unless for a Nexus Galaxy.
I will pay shipping in US, probably ship with UPS.
