Help Black screen (cable issue??)

Hello there!

I own a DOOGEE DG310 Voyager, and the screen suddenly doesn't work.

The phone turns on (with sound and vibration) but the screen is all black.

Any ideas?

May be the backlight is faulty? I had similar problem on htc..

It means it very likely requires the screen be replaced. And for a Chinese phone like a Doogee, might be rather difficult unless you happen to be in China or somewhere else in Asia.

And even if you can find a replacement it' s probably a lot like they say here in Spain, "vale mas el collar que el perro" which literally means "the leash costs more than the dog" and figuratively means that unfortunately it will cost more to replace the screen than the phone is worth. Good luck anyway, Vin.
