black screen during videos.

I was watching videos on youtube and then the videos stopped showing. The audio still plays and I can still akip. But I cannot view the contents of the videos. My phone is an LG optimus elite through virgin mobile

Have you tried restarting the phone?
Can you clear data and cache from the youtube video?
Do other videos from the internet play on your phone, or is it just youtube?
