After trying flashing TWRP (obviously wrong) the phone was turned off and left a grid pattern on it. The phone starts, you can hear the sounds but the screen is black. I can not enter download mode or the recovery mode (the phone vibrates but leaves the grid pattern and the PC does not recognize it) ... But the PC recognizes the phone after starting, despite not see anything (internal memory and SD) ... It is very difficult to find forums in Spanish which are easy to understand (and my English is not expert), I think that helped make this mistake ... I do not know how to retrieve the device, I really need help
