Alright so when I try to send a text message to someone, my screen goes black and closes my text messages out and returns me to the text message menu. I also cannot read/send text messages to people I already have texted unless the text messages list is showing their name instead of their number. Which takes about ten minutes to load. I'm also having trouble accessing my contacts because when I open them I can't load one until every single contact loads otherwise the screen turns black and takes me back to the home screen. I've tried turning the phone off and back on, returning the phone back to factory settings, killing background apps, and checked my settings. But I'm still having problems. Does anyone know how to help me? I hope I've given enough detail.
