Are there any physical not Over the air one click does it all backups to my desktop (not an SD card) that I could use for the android? I have a bravo and rom manager doesn't give the option of backing up to a bravo with Clockwork (or whatever it is called that you hae to install in order for RM to work)?

I don't know of any. Android just isn't designed to work that way. It's designed to be cloud based and not have to be tethered to a desktop.
