BlackPhone on Verizon?

Dose anyone one here know if such a phone would work on Verizon. I like the sound of how secure it is. But not very tech savvy. Know the basics I guess but just wondering. Not sure if I would get it but???

Since it's being made for the European market it's probably a GSM device, so no.

According to this article the Blackphone is GSM only. Right now the hardware spec page for the Blackphone doesn't specifically mention GSM or CDMA.
