Help Blank screen after installing fastboot .img?

i just flashed my LG Eve with the 2.2.1 img and boot img.. and the site says it takes about 10 minutes for it to load and such. but all i saw was a blank screen for a half hour.

i then checked back at the opentna site and found out there was a new revision just 16 hours ago. i am trying that and yet again just a black screen and its been 15 minutes now. suggestions? the phones rooted and i had no errors during copy process.

update. the phone will not function. rock n roll.

i have tried going back and fourth between img files and still nothing will load. i have the proper firmware, programs, ive tried this between 2 computers keeping all the methods i've read about down to a T.

no matter what .img i use the phone will just sit there for a half hour+

i did however get a error msg when leaving it on for quite some time hr+

blue error handler arm9 is crashed!! press the volume up key to get ramdump, press volume down key reboot&savelog

update: problem solved. not sure why this is, but the battery doesnt seem to register while doing this which was not letting me proceed. so when you "unplug" be sure to plug back in the usb power. (no my battery was not dead).
