blank screen.

Hi,

I have dropped my Note 2 from 2 feet height and now its main screen is blank and due to this i am unable do anything.Although i am able here the ringtones and people were able to call me but i am unable to pick it up.

Could you please let us know the reason for this issue and also let us know how can it be corrected ?Also let us know the cost involved in rectifying this probelm.

Hello, welcome to Android forums. Have you tried pulling the battery out of your Note 2 and then turining it back on? That can help sometimes. If not, you may want to contact your carrier. The cost to repair or replace varies from carrier to carrier. Some will charge you a fee, others will replace it no questions asked. I hope that helps.
