Bloatware Question

I have a quick question regarding bloatware.

I disabled a bunch of stuff I didn't want running and I used Debloater with my PC to do so. I'm thinking about updating to Marshmallow but am curious if that will force all my disabled / hidden apps to become unhidden and enabled.
