Bloatware & stability

A couple of quick questions. I am so frustrated with my current phone that I am considering giving up on android altogether. I had the original Droid and I absolutely loved it. I upgraded to the Droid 3 and it has been miserable. I have had several replacement phones and nothing but issues with it. Lag, terrible bloatware, reboots, freezes, etc. I am honestly hating this phone to the point of considering Iphone.

So my question is basically is the Razr HD worth considering? Is there Bloatware? Does it function as it is supposed to without lag?

Thanks for any response.

Most carrier branded phones have carrier branded bloat. The Nexus has the least, I believe. I also loved my OG Droid. Now have RazrMaxx. Rooted and running a custom ROM. No bloat in it at all....

The Razr HD is like a completely new breed of Moto phone. It has bloatware still(and plenty of it admittedly) but the phone is extremely stable and extremely fast; nothing at all like the Droid 3.
