Block inappropriate ads?

Sometimes if I'm playing a game, there might be an inappropriate ad. And I was wondering if it is possible to block those?

It's not a website ad, it is in games. Maybe instead of block, is there a way to report them?

There is a version of adguard that uses a VPN to filter ads (so not just browsers). I expect that's not in the Play Store though. There are other non-root ad-blockers that work that way, e.g. DNS66 (available through f-droid). If you are rooted there are other/better options.

As for reporting, you could contact the game's developer. They will just have signed up with some ad service, but may have some say in what ads they are fed (or if enough people complain may switch ad providers in an update). I doubt there's any built-in way of reporting ads (you could long press on the ad to see if there are any options, but they may be set to interpret anything at all as wanting to click through!).

Well the ads are at rewards, so I can't skip them and me myself actually kind of initatied them in a way without control over what the ad was going to be

Well, aside that you could also use Lucky Patchers to remove ads from the app/game. Worth noting it works with a lot but not all and when doing so, an app stops receiving automatic updates as it's patched externally.
Can't say I recommend Lucky Patchers because it can take up to 1GB of space or more, although it is handy (I used it and am satisfied with the ad-free apps).

Well it's called lucky patcher, and also I have used it before. The thing is, I don't want to remove ads because they are what gives you rewards, I just want to block inappropriate ones. I deleted lucky patcher once because I got a notification that said it was dangerous.

The app takes possible $$$ away from Google so they call it 'dangerous.'

That app allows people to deprive developers of their income (e.g. bypassing in-app purchases). It has other uses, but it's largely a tool for piracy, which is what makes it forbidden to discuss around here.

Nothing to do with Google, but no adult believes that developers should have to devote their time and effort to providing software for free (some may choose to do so, but if they do it's their choice. Nobody has a right to expect this).

When I had it, I just used it to hack apps and get free stuff, but I don't do that any more because it takes the fun away.

Other than paying for VIP access for your app (some games I have that makes you watch a video for rewards have that) so you can get rewards without watching videos, I think the only thing you can do is contact the developer about the ads. Since this is a game, I'd think they don't want to get reported since games can be used by kids, if that ad is inappropriate.

Also, the app doesn't allow you to get premium or anything because, ok let me just tell you, the game is 'drive ahead!' And after you beat missions, you get an option to either take a smallish reward, or at least double it sometimes tripple it if you watch an ad.
