Blocking apps?

I'm going to have finals (exams) in a couple of weeks, where dictionaries are allowed. I'm typing faster than turning pages, so I wanted to use my phone, but it's not allowed since there are a lot of other sweet apps and functions. Is there such an app that could allow my teacher put a password on all the other apps except a couple of dictionaries?

The APP Protector function in Super Manager (root required) will do that... but I doubt the teacher will go for this idea. GL!
