Blocking by area code

Hope this is the proper forum. Been unable to find the answer in Google. Is there an app that will block calls from entire area codes? Better yet, block all area codes but one. I've reached the place I get 3 spam calls for every legit call - and all spam calls are from out of area. Yeah, I'll gamble on missing a call from my health ins company - they have my email.

You could probably do it with Tasker or MacroDroid.

Calls Blacklist PRO has the area code options

The free version of Truecaller allows you to block numbers starting, containing or ending in a defined sequence of numbers. (I can't imagine why you would need the latter 2) The setting is not obvious - go to the block tab and press the +, it then appears.
