Help Blocking calls with blocking mode off!!

Yesterday my Galaxy S5 started blocking calls. I had never heard of blocking mode or the reject list. Blocking mode is OFF, but calls are blocked. I turned blocking mode ON and selected "all contacts" as the allowed contacts, but calls are still blocked. Three different contacts have tried to call me. All those contacts show "add to reject list" as an option, so they are not part of the reject list. I've rebooted multiple times and gone to AT&T for help. I may go back to factory settings soon if I can not fix this. Thanks for any and all help.

last resort would be going to the carrier service.what you think most them do? theyd reset your phone for a fee.they dunno how to fix anyone without charging them more money.you dont have to be an it graduate to work at a phone store after all
