Blocking calls

How can I block certain incoming calls from my samsung mesmerize?

There are several good apps for call blocking. avast! Mobile Security provides antivirus, call blocking, firewall, and lost phone options. It is also possible that your phone may have one built in...or your ROM, if you're rooted. My current call blocker is located in my contacts settings, but my previous ROM had them in Settings > "Call setting" or something?? If not, just google Call blocking apps...
