Does anyone know how some of these multi apps like Pixelpipe work?

I've got stuff on Blogger, but can't access on wifi only tablet since I can't message. Google wants to send an sms. I can use gmail, but don't want to. I also don't want Facebook or Twitter. Just a casual place where I can post stuff and send links to whom I please.

I also would need an APK. I can get to market, but can't download on the tablet.

Some places want you to join before you can even see what they offer!

I can access Blogger using Classic mode on tablet, but can't post images. Can post videos for some stupid reason.

Pixelpipe isnt a blogging app exactly, it just allows you to upload full resolution pictures of stuff to your networks (which includes blogs), and post captions for it.
