Help BLU STUDIO 5C Trouble

Hi all. my blu studio 5c asks now for a privacy protection password. I tried a hard reset by pressing power down/up and power and doing a factore reset. But still same problem. I need ur help all.

I think everyone is stumped.

A factory data reset to clear the lock is the last known way to bypass the lock and even that will go away eventually.

Maybe contact BLU, see if they know what's up.

BLU is useless in this case......I have the same problem with the same device. Flasg the stock rom of the phone. Problem solved.
