I lost my blue arrow navigation application in my android samsung s3. How can I get it back?

It appears to have been removed from the latest version of Maps - or at least, the latest version of maps alongside 4.3 
I guess you could remove the maps update, but you'd lose so many other features that's probably not a great idea.
