Blue circle with line through

Could someone please help, I kept rejecting my hubby's calls as we had big bust up...I have obviously pressed something on the phone and now I cant receive his calls.
Against his name there is a little blue circle with looks like a line going thru it.
As we are talking again now, I want to take his calls....he cant get thru to me, just keeps going into my answerphone.

It sounds like you have set a divert to voicemail for his number. Go into your phone app, select him from the contacts, then look at the options for that contact (probably a little 3 dot button at the top). Different phones have different phone apps, but mine has an option there to "route calls to voicemail". You might have set that accidentally (or done it thinking it was a one-off, or done it then forgotten the setting - all of these things happen).

If not, check you haven't blocked the number accidentally (again, many phone apps have an option to block calls from particular numbers). Many phone apps have an option for this, which will probably be found in the same way (though some have a separate tab for blocked numbers).
