Blue LED Flashing, phone won't turn on, buttons unresponsive.

Hi, I woke up this morning with my phone charging. It was stuck on Always on Display, which was frozen, and the buttons are unresponsive. That means solutions like Hold Power Button and Volume Up Key or whatever are not going to work. The phone won't turn on, but it appears to be on due to the Blue Led flashing. It was working perfectly fine yesterday. Any help?

Did you actually try holding both power and volume-down for about 10 seconds? Because that should force it to reset if crashed and frozen.

I did, I probably held it for closer to 60 seconds haha. Nothing is working for some reason.

Oh wait. I was holding the volume up. Volume down apparently worked. Thanks so much.
