ZTE MERIT MODEL Z990G I was playing a game, never had problems with my phone before. and it shut off on me. when I plugged it in to the charger it went to the blue power up screen....IT has never went off. twice i got it to go to the lock screen, but could not unlock my phone, and it says no service. had taken the battery out for periods of 1 to 25 minutes. I need help this phone is the only source of contact between school, work and doctors.
