blue tooth earbud problems

i just got a set of blue tooth earbuds. i find i can't listen to you tube or pintrest on these. is there a fix?

Do they work for calls and other apps? Did you make sure that are properly connected?

Make sure your media volume is in the highest, and that the volume on the earbuds is also on the highest.
