Hi welcome to Android Forums, I'm sorry it's taken so long to get to you.
Try going into settings > wireless & networks > Bluetooth settings, turn on bluetooth. You should see a list of devices at the bottom. Press and hold the device you wish to remove for about three to five seconds (this is called long pressing). You will see the option to unpair the device. That will take care of it.
