Help Bluestacks causing ping spike every 30 seconds

So recently I started using Bluestacks and noticed my ping spiking consistently about every 30 seconds.

After I install Bluestacks and run it:

After I uninstall Bluestacks:

But I want to use bluestacks >.>

Anyone has any solutions to this?
