Bluestacks is great when you're on it but...opening it successfully is the real problem.

It usually takes me 20 attempts to open Bluestacks and sometimes I can't even access it at all. These are the main problems that I have encountered.

1. This makes an appearance most of the time:

I don't even know what this is. It randomly appears and then restricts me from using Bluestacks altogether.

2. Sometimes it just fails to load completely and doesn't actually do anything. It just alternates between the please wait and one moment screens. I do restart it like one guide said, however, it usually just happens again after the restart or one of these other two thing will restrict me from opening Bluestacks.

3. Sometimes when it has opened and that annoying message doesn't show up everything is enlarged when it has finally opened meaning that you can't do anything. This means that I have to close Bluestacks and then reopen it which doesn't help at all.

If someone could help it would be much appreciated.

Bluestacks can be quite demanding and particular. The error looks like some sort of exception problem. Does your computer meet the required specs to run Bluestacks and what OS is it? If you think there's a problem or issue with Bluestacks itself, might be worth you contacting the developers about it, see if they can suggest anything, although they are in China.
