BlueStacks Stuck after logging in

Hi guys! I am new to here. I really need this 'cause I'm so stressed of reinstalling BS because of this problem. I really don't know why is this happening. :'( If you know anything, please share it with me.

Could be a compatibility issue between this particular app and Bluestacks. If it is, that's something the developers would have to sort out. I presume the app runs no problems on a real Android device, like a phone or tablet.

I really don't know why it happened. I just downloaded this T^T sad
