Bluestacks Volume

Hello, i have Bluestacks version 2.7.320.8504 and i dont know why i cant hear anything that comes from it.

I was playing someday and when i got back to the start menu i believe i pressed something on my keyboard that muted it. I've already went to Settings and tried to incread the volume there but it didnt helped.

Theres any keyboard shortcut to increase the volume? Thanks

If the program is on a laptop check the mute button next to the volume up volume down normally located near the center under the number key role.

Its not the case. I dont use a laptop
