Help bluetooth and proxy problem

1)can anyone teach me how to send the document via bluetooth?because i cannot find the bluetooth icon in my picture album.

2)where to add key in the proxy while using internet?

To send a document via bluetooth you need a file transfer app like Bluetooth File Transfer, as HTC Magic only has A2DP(sound) bluetooth right out of the box.
