Help Bluetooth and Wifi poor

Has anyone had any issues with both the wifi and the bluetooth performance. Mine has gonereally poor expecially blue tooth my phones not even a meter away and the sound cuts out
 
I had just read of a similar situation w/the new HTC ONE. Check the FAQ link to XDA-DEVELOPERS in the sticky here in the HTC ONE forum.

I'm @ work right now, but, if I remember correctly, try disconnecting both, then, connect to the BLUETOOTH, then, the WI-FI.
 
Have you tried with various wifi routers and BT devices, and tried with another phone to compare signal strength?

Perhaps it's a software issue - some firmware updates like 3.18 are known to have brought about issues in wifi reception.

Or else, you can try factory resetting the phone and see if this improves.

If all that fails, your phone may be suffering from a hardware fault. You can have a look at this forum:

It's a massive thread, but all the key info is in the first post. WARNING: testing for the problem itself may actually cause it to start happening, so only do this as a last resort and if you're pretty sure it's not a software issue.
