Bluetooth connection between an HTC Desire and w Vista PC

I have an HTC Desire with bluetooth turned on (i have it connected and working with a hands free kit in my car) and I have my Vista PC paired with the phone but I can not get the PC to connect. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I also can't get my Vista to work with my Moto Droid. The computer for some reason isn't getting any drivers to talk to my Droid, so the computer is recognizing the existance of the Droid, it's refusing to really acknowledge it, let alone communicate. At least I can hardwire them together, but it would be nice for the devices to be nice to each other.
