Help Bluetooth disable "Used Packet Data" - HELP needed

Hello,

When my phone is connecting to my car (via bluetooth) it disabled the "Used Packet Data" properties (in settings "Wireless and Network" / "Mobile Networks").

How can I do to make "Used Packet Data" enable whatever if bluetooth is conenected or not?

Also when I have an application using data then data remains active but bluetooth isn't working (lathough it indicates that bluetooth is enabled).
