bluetooth doesn't turn on

Hi all,
I just upgraded my coby mid8024 from android 2.2 to 2.3.The problem wat I face is I see the bluetooth option in my settings,but when I try to turn on my bluetooth,it shows its turning on,but in a few seconds it automatically turns off.Can someone help me out in this issue?

Hi,

You can go to settings > Privacy > Factory data reset. Then reset your phone.

You must backup your phone data, especially contacts.

The phone will restart and then your phone's bluetooth will start working again.


Please revert in case it's successful. It worked in my case.
