Bluetooth help

Hi I now have a HTC One X phone it's been back once for fixing already have nearly had it 2mths.
Today I turned on my blue tooth on my phone put it in carmode screen and made a call while I was driving, it did connect to the person then their was this high pitched sreaming from the phone god it scared the life out of me. Before sending the phone for repair I had no problems connecting to my blue-me in my car or making phone calls. Any idea's on this guys and girls Thanks in advance Trixe

Does the scream still happen if you have headphones in instead of your car speakers?

My bluethooth is built into my Fiat car it called blue-me. I have never had to use headphones in the past but I will give it a try that if I don't strangle my self with the cord lol
