Help Bluetooth help!

hi all, got my htc magic today and i love it, great phone, just 1 problem, the bluetooth, ive paired it to my old fone but it says its not connected, i want to send my photo's and contacts to my new fone but cant cause it wont let me, can anyone help, thanks all!
 
Android phones don't support any bluetooth profiles other than headset / handsfree.
 
okay thanks mate, bit of a let down that though gonna take ages upload the rest of my contacts as i have 225 contacts and sims only hold 200 lol, thanks anyway
 
Might be worth syncing the old phone contacts to your computer and then uploading through Google Contacts, and then letting the over the air sync push them to the Magic?
