How do I set up Bluetooth on my galaxy S3?

Hi, welcome to Android Forums, sorry it's taken so long to get back to you.
Go to settings > Wireless & Networks > Bluetooth Settings. Turn on Bluetooth, follow instructions on the device you are trying to connect to make it discoverable (if you're trying to connect to another phone or tablet follow the same steps to get to the Bluetooth settings menu, once there go to select the option to make device discoverable). On your Samsung Galaxy S3, go ahead and scan for devices from the Bluetooth menu. Give it a couple of seconds to find the device, it should appear. It may have a PIN that you must enter. Once that's entered, you will be all set.
