Bluetooth Issue

I just got the Note and when I pair it with my Nissan I get great phone connectivity and text messaging. However when I try to stream audio it does not work. The title shows on the screen but it's like it's muted or something.
Has anyone else had this issue?
 
What year is your nissan and what model is it? Nissan have a Bluetooth compatibility chart on their website, so you can check that out to make sure your car is A2DP compatible. I have an Infiniti model vehicle (nissan) and I have no issues streaming.
