Help Bluetooth mic not working since early Oct

I have an LG G3. Since early October, any time that I connect a Bluetooth device, the audio is fine but the microphone does not work. Have tried with Plantronics BackBeat fit (2 of them), Ford truck, Honda Accord, and Braven speaker. Not sure if I installed a bad app or if it was an OS update that triggered this.

Any help is appreciated.
