Bluetooth Music Quality

Just bought the Samsung Galaxy S and connected it to my bluetooth car stereo. Now on playing any audio, the bass is totally lost. Tried using a custom eq on the phone to increase the bass, but still nothing.

Is there any settings on the phone to allow full audio over bluetooth?

Thanks to anyone who can help!!

its a sony stereo and supports A2DP.
Just read on another forum, if you long press on a paired device, you can go into further settings and click audio or phone. Will be trying this later to see if this helps!

Ive set the paired device to music now and not phone, and got a better result.
There is now some bass!
I would guess 90hz+ but i have to turn my sub volume all the way up to be able to hear it, but the kick around 150hz ish is just not there :S its like there is a bad eq on the phone killing all the lower part of the music

Does anyone know how to get the phone to play the audio THROUGH bluetooth full quality??

Thanks to anyone that can help!!!
