Bluetooth No Longer Works Since JB Update -- 2011 Toyota Sienna LE

Lurker
I have a 2011 Toyota Sienna LE. Before JB, I could use the handsfree in my car and stream music, either from my Amazon Cloud Player or Pandora. Now, nothing. The hands-free stopped working altogether; I can't even find the option to set it up in my car anymore. My BT just looks for an audio player; it can tell when my phone is unpaired so it seems to know that it's there, but nothing plays. Pairing/unpairing and turning the BT off/on does not help. I even uninstalled/reinstalled both apps and nothing.

Toyota forums seem to imply that it's a firmware issue with the Sienna, but it all worked before the update from IC to JB. Suggestions? Could it be both a firmwre issue with my Sienna AND an issue with JB?

Thanks!

*Edit -- 6/21*

In addition to the handsfree not working, I've discovered that it seems to be ONLY the streaming apps -- Pandora and Amazon MP3 player -- not working. I haven't tried Slacker, but I may do that this weekend. The handsfree still doesn't work, and, in fact, I can't even see the option for how to set it up anymore when I work with the Bluetooth in the car. I may need to do more poking around about that.

I'm considering calling Toyota about whether or not the Sienna needs an update and if it's possible to do that. This is an LE, which means no navigation system so I'm not sure how one would update the firmware in the car.

JB bluetooth for both phone and audio works for me in a 2011 Sonata, a 2012 Prius and a 2013 Prius, so I'm thinking it's not the fault of the phone alone. However in the Sonata it seemed to make a difference in which order I did the pairing.
I set the car's radio to discover mode (it's the 'speakers') and search on the phone. When I'm ready to pair I have to accept on the car first, and then on the phone. I know it doesn't make sense, but if I accepted on the phone and then the car they would pair but not connect.
