Help Bluetooth not automatically connecting

My phone will pair with my headset and I can manually connect it. But if I turn off my headset off and turn it back on it wont automatically connect. My Eris never had that problem, it's kind of anoying on this phone.

Try clearing all cache and data (and defaults if available) in the bluetooth application manager.

im having this same exact problem. if i turn off bluetooth (like when i go in the house), then when i get back in my car later on and turn on bluetooth, it does not automatically reconnect like how my droid 1 use to do. instead i have to go into the bluetooth settings and connect the device manually. has anyone found a solution to this problem yet?
